New and Improved
OK, so it's been a while since this got updated, so let me explain -- Google made some "improvements" in the technology used to create this little communication site. Translation: Holli didn't know how to do anything anymore!!! I'm convinced it was all a conspiracy and the minions working for Google launched said "improvements" and then sat back and laughed.
this week in Sunday School
Most of us have been involved in some type of home improvement project and have experienced the joy involved with the process!!! Before under going the rennovations we have to get ready - what's this gonna cost us? Where do we begin? How long is this gonna take? During the process we find ourselves dealing with all sorts of headaches and aggravations -- things don't always go as planned! Disagreements on the details. One wants "sunflower yellow" the other prefers a more neutral hue. Unfortunately what you thought could be accomplished in 2 weeks ends up taking 2 months and the budget went out the door a long time ago. So it goes with improvement projects, but....when all is said and done and the dust settles -- we like it! And boy doesn't that floor look nice?
Thank goodness God considers us worthy of improving and sees the project through! It can be a little painful -- making changes never comes easy. I wonder if He ever thinks "this is NEVER gonna be finished!" Or "Tell me again why I decided to do this?" No -- He's patient as he strips and refinishes us into projects He can be proud of! And He doesn't have to worry about going over budget because Jesus has already paid the bill!
